Centenary Foursomes
Would you Adam and Eve it but summer arrived today on the 28th August at Hockley GC where 80 women from clubs across Hampshire congregated for the annual Centenary Foursomes Meeting. . Perfect conditions resulted in very good scores and for most of the day the leaders in the clubhouse were winning with a splendid 40. And then the very last card came in with a glorious 41 points and knocked them from their spot.
Great atmosphere and day with wonderful food and golf - what could be better on a hot late summer's day?

- In 4th place with 39 points OCB was Jenny Mabley and Karen Mundy from Stoneham
- In 3rd place with 39 points was Lyn Dunkason and Julie Weatherdon from Bramshott Hill
- Runners up from Royal Jersey with 40 points was Valerie Lakeman and Claire Reid
- And this year's winners of the Centenary Foursomes Bowl from Sandford Springs with 41 points was Morven Jones and Rachel Spiller.
