Hampshire Ladies Golf (HLG) is committed to creating and maintaining a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for all individuals involved in golf and we seek to promote the principles of safeguarding in all that we do. We not only take the protection of children and young people very seriously but we have a similar duty of care to adults at risk. We retained our SafeGolf accredited status on 11 February 2025 for a further year.

Who do I contact if I have a concern?
All concerns and allegations of abuse and poor practice will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately. Our dedicated Safeguarding Officer is Liz Hastings (contactable by email: s afeguarding@hampshireladiesgolf.com or by mobile: 07552 219 672 and she will be your first point of contact if such a matter should arise.

England Golf South Region Finals - Australian Spoons at Paultons Golf Centre 22 July 2025

Hampshire Ladies Golf were given the responsibility of hosting and running the England Golf Australian Spoons Southern region Finals in 2025.
Pauline Davies, the Competition Secretary took the lead on this , and has been busy for some months collating the entries, dealing with questions and chasing down entry fees from clubs from all over the region.
The Finals were to be held at Paultons Golf Centre near Romsey.
The start of the day was reasonably bright as we hoisted the England Golf and Hampshire Sail flags at the first tee.

Foursomes Meeting at Weybrook Park 17th July

HLG Foursomes Meeting took place on a bright and blustery day at Weybrook Park on Thursday 17th July. We were able to have a two tee start on the West Course.
Some 80 ladies gathered from 1000 am to contend for the trophy.
