We were treated to some excellent golf from all the teams as the finals of our county knockout competitions came to a conclusion during September.

The results are as follows:-

Knight Cup – Cowes GC

Stoneham Cup – Bramshaw GC

North Hants Trophy – North Hants GC

North Hants Plate – Barton on Sea GC

Thank you to Janet Armitage, our Competitions Director who has overseen the smooth running of all these competitions, which is no easy task!

This week sees the North Hants GC ladies team, who are the 2024 English Women’s Champion Club, represent England in the European Ladies’ Club Trophy which is being held at Golf Club Welten, Slovakia. A great honour to be representing your Country. The competition begins on Thursday, 3 October for 3 days.

Good luck to Frances Crummay (North Hants Ladies Captain) and her team - Georgina Carter, Lily Walker and Aimee Paterson – play well and most importantly enjoy the experience. We can follow their progress through our HLG Facebook page and no doubt England Golf’s website. An exciting few days ahead
